Work Permit Extension

Hi All,

I have arrived UK around 2 years back on work permit thorugh indian multinational. Now my organization is intended to extend my stay based on Tier 2 visa (Intra company transfer). My company will apply for tier 2 visa (intra company transfer) sometime in Feb'10.

My question is - Whether my stay (during tier 2-Intra company transfer) will be counted in settlement period of 5 years ? If i continue to be remain on Tier 2 visa (Intra company transfer) for next 3 years. Will i able to apply for PR ?

NO for both the queries. United Kingdom have changed immigration rules lately. No more curry for Non Europeans. Learn the Laws of the Land though.
