Right to Education is a fundamental right provided under the Constitution of India. However, RTE Act is an incredible endeavor of Government of India which provides 25% reservation of underprivileged children below the age of 14years in any school whether government or private.

I completely agree with your view. Definitely India has abundance of talent but lacks exposure. It can only gain exposure through education and Right to education Act has made it possible. As RTE act makes education free and compulsory for every children below the age of 14years, it has increased the literacy rate in India remarkably.
