India is witnessing huge price rises over the time making the place more and more hostile to live in for the common man. The major reason for this is weak economic policies of India and lack of attention of economists on essential commodities. Government must take steps to atleast control oil prices which is the major reason for indirect price rise of other commodities.
When people are busy in earning their living the price of the commodities such as basic needs of people like LPG gas, petrol, diesel, vegetables and milk are rising high. The rise in the price leaves a great impact on the life of the destitute and middle class people. price rise is the biggest problem that people are facing each day with the hike in several unexpected and daily use things. Govt should make some plans and back ups for the poor people to let them live at least a peaceful life.
There is a rise seen in various products and commodities since last few years. the Petrol price hike in India is the most inappropriate hike that affected people a lot in many ways. Within 2 decades the rise in the rates of Petrol has been recorded from Rs. 8 to Rs. 58 by May 2011. People are searching for other alternative means of transport and they are switching to diesel vehicles.
Price rise in different commodities has paved way to the salary hike in the ministers pockets. Members of Parliament salary hike has been done because of the profit that government has gained over years and by the increase in the prices of several commodities. To add fuel to the fire caused by government scams, an average Indian MP has now received 200 percent salary hike. By picking the pockets of the common man they are filling their own sacks.
Price rise is an important issue which needs to be addressed urgently. The MPs try to bring out this agenda in the parliament for discussion but there is always insignificant discussion due to other hot topics like scams, anna hazare's fast, and bomb blasts etc grabbing the attention of the parliament.
Price rise in India has become a major issue for every citizen especially for the ones from the lower economic background. With every new budget passed by the parliament every time there is a hike in price. The price of petroleum seems specially have escalated to the heights of the sky, making traveling difficult. Government should make the budget keeping in mind all sections of the society.
Price rise has now become a matter of concern for every citizen of the nation. It is not a good sign for any economy and the constant rise in price in India needs to be controlled at an earliest. Recently it has been announced that there will be a hike of Rs. 5 in the price of petroleum, however it has not been implemented till now. The hike in petrol prices automatically increases the price of other commodities as it includes the cost of transportation. Government should now wake up and control the price rise and make a budget in such a way that it is beneficial for every section of the society and is affordable by almost all.
Price rise is the result of high inflation as well as to meet the fiscal deficit. There has been a constant rise in the price of petroleum and this has as a result led to rise in price of other commodities. This creating a huge problem in India. Price hike of fuel has also resulted in rise in traveling cost and the consequences of constant price rise are generally faced by the common man.
The continuous price rise has created a great menace in the society, especially for the people who come from decent economic background as well as for people from lower economic class. According to the economists, price rise is the result of India's developing economy which gives rise to inflation. The main problem is that the personal income is not rising with price rise which is decreasing the purchasing capability of the common man. This can be resolved only with reformation of economic policies.
