Are you talking about business here or talking about the corruption or the political leaders? You said politics is business and why not join it and do it ethically? Once the person is into business he only thinks about the profit no matter that comes from which soever place. politics is not a business but a big responsibility on the shoulder of the politicians that have to think each moment about the development of the nation and the happiness of the each indian.

political parties are coming into action only for the sake of doing business. politics fetches huge amounts of money and so these people start with small parties and gain few seats and become rich. none of them stick to their promises which they make before coming into power. this has become a trend in politics.. could this trend be changed?? what could be done?

@Amrit rawal: Though there are many political parties in india but what is the use of these parties when none of the parties are doing anything good for the country. Government should lay stress on the political work that they are been meant for rather than giving stress on making several parties and cooking their own breads. They should lay stress on nationalism rather than promoting any religion caste or creed.

First of all there is no need of so many political parties in India. Even if the states are many the few would do easily. The number of political parties for any state is increasing day by day which is of no use. When we can see that these political parties are doing nothing for the country or state then what is the use of such parties. There should be more stress given on the betterment of the country and not on the formation of political parties.

The Political parties are going to do#s because we the people dont ask them right questions at the right time on daily/weekly/monthly basis. Next time, if the road near our house is not proper, or the garbage cleaner is not coming in time or we need a new park, lets all go to our MPs, MLAs, our Ward and Blocks nominated people. Lets make them work because that's the rule of the game.

India as a democratic nation cannot have just a single political party and since the government is chosen by election, it is important to have more than one party. Nevertheless, the trend of forming new parties is increasing, making it difficult for people to choose the best party to govern the nation. However, it is not easy to stop people from forming new parties and contesting election because democracy does not allow to do so.

Well said, I am really agree with your point.
Actually this might be one of the major problem in India. There are such kind of leaders are in India who used to think about his political party instead of thinking about people.
If a leader started to think about people not for his political party then I am sure growth of India will boom.

Majority of Indians like me feel that Narendra Modi is the best for the country and Bharatiya janata party is the best political party to govern India. Every section feels that the BJP government represents them and it is headed by a decisive leader who can help India become the next superpower.
