HTC Sensation Android Smartphone is a new launch and has given quite a tough competition to the other Dual Core Smartphones in the market. It is a sleek phone and has an elegant look. It features HTC’s four touch-sensitive Android keys below the 4.3-inch display that comes with the second highest resolution of 540 x 960 pixels with 16 million colors and the display comes with Gorila glass that makes the phone scratch free. The phone is little heavy as compared to other phone with the same features. The phone runs on Gingerbread (Android 2.3) device and is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor with an Adreno 220 GPU. The phone comes with Sense UI version 3.0 making the phone more interesting. The media functionality is little disappointing. 3G with speed capabilities in the HSDPA 14.4 Mbps and HSUPA 5.76 Mbps range, Wi-Fi with Hot Spot creation and DLNA, tethering support, Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP and USB 2.0 with MH. The phone comes with Adobe Flash 10.3 support that enhances the browsing experience. . Plurk, Peep and Friend Stream and the Facebook for Android app are also preloaded for the Sensation’s social networking functionality. The phone also has preloaded Google apps. The phone comes with 8 megapixel auto and touch focus enabled camera with a dual LED flash along with Geotaging and face detection. The phone comes with a price tag of Rs. 32,000 which is fine but Galaxy S II seems to be better in the same price bracket.
