Do NRIs abroad really want to Return 2 India?

Generally Indians, who migrate to other nation, go there in search of jobs and better earnings prospects. While leaving India, they always have in mind that they will return to India , to their own motherland. However this idea soon fades as they reach the other nation. Even after earning sufficient money, instead of returning to India, NRIs prefer that their families migrate and they do not often want to visit their birth land.

What could be the reasons behind their decision?

Indians have migrated to many foreign countries due lack of opportunities in India. NRI's do not prefer to come back to India because they get used to living a life that they lead in foreign countries and another reason is that they do not get the same opportunity as well as pay and respect as they get in the foreign nations.
