Amongst the various windows mobiles, i feel the following windows mobiles are the best.

Nokia Lumia 800
LG Fathom VS750
Samsung Omnia W
HTC mobile HD7
Micromax W900
HTC mobile Radar
HTC mobile 7 Mozart

If i have missed out any, you may add any other windows mobile in the above list :)
 
Amongst these, i would go with HTC HD7. It's got Xbox Live feature which is definitely a big time add on which cannot be seen in other phones. Moreover HTC offers wide variety of apps from HTC hub which enhances the user experience and offers great entertainment packages.
