Interiors of Maruti Suzuki Kizashi are equally good, loaded with several comfort proving features. In fact, one would not even say that this is a Maruti Suzuki model if he/she does not know which manufacturer it is. Featuring premium leather upholstery, seats of this car are really comfortable and look quite elegant as well. Internal rear view mirror (day and night), vanity mirror for front co-passenger, leather-wrapped steering wheel and plenty of storage spaces form the USP of this executive sedan. Comfort of passengers is ensured by automatic single zone air conditioner, luggage compartment lamp, electronic power steering (EPS) and height adjustable driver’s seat. One can easily say that this sedan delivers in terms of both interiors and exteriors.
This sedan is quite advanced when as far as safety is concerned, which is unlike any other Maruti Suzuki car. There are six airbags, which includes two for the front, a side airbag for each front seat and side curtain (left and right). Other safety features include anti-pinch windows, body framework with high tensile strength steel and reliable ESP with off button. Usually, cars from Maruti Suzuki do not have so many safety features but this one is quite exceptional.
Kizashi delivers quite well when it comes to power and performance. It is equipped with a 2.4-litre engine that helps in delivering around 176 bhp of maximum power and torque of around 230 Nm. Performance of this car is quite decent and handling is reasonable as well.
To say the least, the overall package delivered by Maruti Suzuki is quite good, be it power, comfort, luxury or safety. However, the ownership cost of this car is quite high and the mileage could have been much better. Also, other brands have already established their dominance in this segment and it would be tough for Maruti Suzuki to raise the level of sales for the Kizashi.
