Myself Dr. Richa. I have done my Postgraduation in Ayurveda from a very renowned ayurvedic institute. My speciality is prasuti tantra & stree roga (obs & gyne).
My suggestion to all of you is to live healthy life style and have healthy diet.
Trust ayurveda as its motto is - "SWASTHASYA SWASTHYA RAKSHANAM, ATURASYA VIKARA PRASHAMANAM CHA. "

India is the home for one of the oldest and primest civilisations, that of the Harappans and Mohenjodaro. Why is it then that we, Indians of the 21st century forget the importance of our nation? We in the name of progressivism tend to let go of the cultural, ethnic bonds that keep us together as one big unit. Why do we tend to forget the one-ness with which our freedom fighters fought for our own independence?
