Youth unemployability In India in the 21st Century is increasing and is becoming a major issue of concern for the whole nation. Education has been considered as a solution to getting better job opportunities but due to the population growth and various other factors, the job opportunities are decreasing and this is leading to unemployment of educated people in our country. What according to you is the solution for youth unemployability in India in the 21st century?

Youth unemployment issue is increasing day by day and this needs to be tackled. More and more educated youth are seen hunting for jobs no matter if he is a simple graduate of he is an engineer or whatsoever. This is due to the increase in population in India and there are less job vacancies as compared to the number of job hunters. The only solution to this is staring small businesses and Government should help the youth in starting their business and encourage them if this problem needs to be tackled.

The problem of youth unemployment is increasing day by day. It has been witnessed that despite of having an engineering degree or an MBA, many youths are unemployed. However, this can be resolved only if the youth shift their career options from choosing the conventional career options to alternative career options as it will provide more employment opportunities as well as will help them even to start their own business for sustenance.
