Youth are the most important part of a society as they are the future of the nation. It is important to inculcated leadership qualities in youth if we want to change the present condition of our nation. They are the next generation politicians, social workers, etc and youth leadership plays a major role to meet the various forth coming challenges not only in the field of work but life as a whole.
