The present time is really crucial for the youngsters because the aftermaths they are facing in their present are actually the features which are experienced in a very later age. In their present 20s they are facing the impacts of the age of 40s. In such a young age, young adults tend to face so many psychological and physical problems. Hypertension, depression, obesity, thyroid, diabetes are few of the common problems these days which the Indian youth is facing these days and what is the cause of all these problems in so young age? It’s actually the messed up lifestyles, and the unnecessary psychological pressure they have created for themselves. Lifestyle of the youth is really dwindling somewhere in between should do or not do, there is no time to exercise or physical activity the whole time is being consumed in only work or other things. Late night parties, hanging out for late, these all things have spoiled the normal routine of their lives. No proper time for sleep and no certain time to wake up, in such a case how can one expect them to stay fit and fine? Above all they have created so much of mental pressure on themselves to compete with others and how to show their efficiency in public. Their minds are wandering and weaving web of a vicious circle of mental turmoil. As a result they tend to feel so dull and monotonous sometimes, they feel depressed and lethargic, and some of them get so much hurt that they finally give up the idea of living. But what is the use of creating so much fuss? Instead of all this if one simply takes out few minutes for oneself, for exercising and for introspection and positive activities then a whole lot of physical and mental problems can be avoided and cured.
