    Weight gain in excess or Obesity has become a problem amongst many people in India. In this age of fast moving world we are least bothered about what kind of diet we take in and there is least consideration we give to being physically fit. Some people end up taking medicines and other diet control methods for weight loss. These may have some side effects.

    But yoga is one of the best and safe ways to achieve weight loss. Performing yoga everyday morning helps in reducing weight substantially.The logic behind the weight loss due to yoga is simple. You gain weight due to excess of intake of calories and leading a sedentary lifestyle.The result being calories being stored into your body as fat.So it is important that you burn those extra calories to stay fit and under controlled weight.Performing yoga helps you burn those excess calories and helps in considerable weight loss.

    Yoga combines posture exercises along with breathing exercises which help in intake of more oxygen.This helps in burning the fat efficiently.The other benefit of it being your blood is cholesterol free.

    Sometimes weight can increase due to lower metabolism rate. This could be due to inefficient working of Thyroid gland which controls the metabolism rate in our body. So the hormonal disturbances of thyroid gland may lead to weight gain.Yoga helps in controlling thyroid hormone levels.With this the metabolism rate also becomes steady leading to weight loss.

    The other benefits of yoga for weight loss are:

    this is a very beneficial post giving very important tips on weight loss. we indians are lucky to have knowledge on yoga and so we should look forward in practicing it as it has various beneficial effects as stated. we should promote yoga amongst every generation as this is beneficial to all the age groups.

    Yoga is becoming popular not only in india but across the world. people are becoming conscious about their health problems and they want to get rid of their extra fat rapidly. Yoga is very beneficial in reducing weight and help you in getting rid of the problem of obesity. You can do yoga twice a day for 15 to 20 minutes. It is a great way to get your body shape back.

    Yoga prove out to very beneficial for the people who are suffering from obesity. But women who are pregnant should not do yoga as it can affect the foetus inside the womb. Yoga is becoming popular day by day between people of every age. they find it very easy and it makes their body flexible enough to work for hours. Yoga has many benefits thats the reason why people around the world are getting trained in yoga.

    Yoga therapy is gift from India to other countries. Yoga makes you healthy. To keep you healthy no need to go gym. You can simply practice some of yoga poses. Yoga is always better than taking medicines. Yoga is natural therapy and if it practice properly then no side effects.

    It's good topics for discussion. It's a major problems in India or many other country.
    Nowadays Weight gain in excess and Obesity is major problems. Most people are affected by this problems in all over world. Yoga therapy is one of the best treatment. We can say it's a Natural therapy. Try to avoid the junk food and more oily & fried dishes. Intake continental food and green vegetables & fruits on regular basis. If you are facing this problems then take the natural therapy. We can also use the Organic food like Baba Ramdev's - Patanjali food products which is easily available everywhere.

    Not to adhere to body shaming but obesity is not at all a healthy sign and must be campaigned against for health concerns. Obesity is possibly one of the most harmful medical conditions in India today that is an outcome of sedentary lifestyles. It is astonishing to see how teenage kids even are falling victims to heart diseases because of obesity and weight problems.

    The tricky part is only you can help yourself get out of such condition. When Gymming is not an option, Yoga is the best method to reduce weight. It is not only a natural solution but probably the best way to stay fit - mentally and physically.

    Here are a few Yoga techniques for weight loss -
    1. Kapal Bharti Pranayama

    2. Paschimottanasana

    3. Veerbhadrasana

    4. Naukasana, etc.

Basically obese people are prone to cardiac ailments. Obesity also affects the thorax, the diaphragm, and the abdominal muscles. In order to get rid of obesity and promote a holistic living through better life styles yoga is an ancient technique. It involves Sukhasana.Padmasana, Vakrasana, Yogamudrasana, Paschimottanasana, Gomukhasana. These asanas consists of pranayam, mantra, asana and meditation which has the sole persuasion on the nervous system and endocrine of the body. It helps to correct the imbalance of the metabolism, which is responsible for the obesity.
