When we are talking about nation then I will give more preference to a good Nationalist Party, because it makes whole nation's policy, so I have to give vote according to party. But, when we are talking about state level, then I elect person who is more capable of doing good work in my area. I think this is a best policy, comments please.
I can vote the candidate.Because if the nature or image is right than i can vote the candidate.Party is not matter.
vote for Individuals and NOT Parties Congratulations to PROUD 2B INDIAN for having this Blog and forums, and now seeking a vote and debate on an important issue, ' Would you vote for the candidate or the party? ' However since party cadres are united and organised parties may influence this voting (poll) too. On the other hand, and this is the unfortunate part, though there are a large number of well meaning patriotic Indians, who are neither organised nor united. Having said that, should we vote for parties (candidate of a party) even if he/she is a criminal? Should we vote for parties who hardly ever keep their promises or stick to their manifesto? Should we vote for parties, who to form a government and to stay in power, will form all sorts of coalitions and have common minimum programmes which we cant foresee? And finally should we vote for parties who have singly or in coalition brought our dear Country to this sorry state, of which very few can be really proud? Should we not vote for candidates who are honest, patriotic, positive thinking, qualified experienced and accomplished, regardless of party? Should we not vote for the best candidates, regardless of party or an independent? Or atleast, even if all candidates are 'bad', vote for the best amongst them? If we do so and more of the 'best' candidates get elected regardless of party, then we can and will hold them individually accountable. Please remember that it is the individuals who form parties and governments. So let us vote for the individual (candidate) and NOT for the party.
Would you vote for the candidate or the Party Voting for a candidate is more preferred compared to the party. The party is composed of different candidates and voting for candidates becomes more comprehensible, because before voting we can do a bit of research about the individual and his contribution to the people and society. How well he has managed the complicated issues and how he or she has made situation good from worst and what benefits the people and society are reaping of it. Voting for parties is difficult, because they all come up with same agendas, and above all a party’s sincerity and performance is always measured from its candidates.
i think voting for a candidate would be more appropriate as one person may be truthful and loyal but a party run by group of men can never be with good intentions as they all have to make money. but before voting for a candidate, his/her capability and background should be studied. candidates with criminal backgrounds should be never supported
