Gujarat celebrates the world famous kite festival each year. During the month of January every year international kite festival is organized in the commercial capital of Gujarat the city of Ahmedabad. Many renowned kite flyers are invited to this competition from arround the globe by the government of Gujarat at its own cost. People who live abroad also celebrates this festival with full jest and they try to fly as much kites as they can.
