Yup! women empowerment is more theoretical than practical.....I want to post a negative aspect of women empowerment. Many women who are financially strong (or belong to such family) and academically well qualified are availing benefits of all those sanctions, quotas, reservations, scholarships, media footage, etc which are meant for poor, illiterate women especially of rural and remote areas. So, the conditions remains the same for women who are exploited and by quoting their example and current stats the "other" type of women get more and more benefits.
