The society is modernizing and women are given equal status as that of men. The time has passed when women were considered as weak and were confined within the four walls of the house. They were burdened with domestic responsibilities. Now, women are no more confined within the house loaded with domestic responsibilities. Even in India, women has entered into the Corporate World and have become quite successful. In my view, women make better managers than men because they are more organized and can efficiently handle the responsibilities both home and office. They are good at managing time and that makes them good managers. Do share your views in this regard.
Definitely women are better managers as they are capable of managing both house as well as outside work. They are more efficient in handling finances and this makes them efficient managers. Moreover, they are able to control their anger and emotions and are more efficient in handling situations and this is the reason that women are better managers.
