Mostly people from India go to study in different foreign countries to study, but finally they start fighting for their PR VISA. They go with the intention to study and come back to their native, but then the thought process undergoes a little change stating that they will earn some money and finally they migrate and settle abroad along with their family and then gains the status of an NRI. If every person who can are highly educated starts settling aboard, without thinking about their country and using their knowledge and education in favor of their mother land, the how can we have a right to blame others, if we do not have the guts to spill our sweat and blood to the soil, where we belong?
India is basically facing brain drain.. we have got a strong foundation in education but our employment module still needs to be revised a bit. with employment sector still under development, employment options are not at par with the employment prospective. but as our country is growing at a fast pace, not only indians will stick to the motherland for work, many foreigners are going to land up to our nation for career opportunities in near future. this is not a cause to worry, rather, to rejoice!! we will really see it in coming years!
Can't let talent fly off.. I agree that in the present scenario Indian Employment system needs revolution but this is to be done by no one else other than INDIANS. Our country can't let its talent serve others and suffer on development front. Indians recognize the Indian talent when world acknowledges them. Why? Wake up Indians, recognize and hold on Indian talent. Can’t let them fly away…
this is a good question.. why not students opt india for studies and employment. the answer to this question is very simple!!... education abroad is far more better than what is here in india and pay is pretty good over there. then why choose india?? india is not even helping those students to get seats into big institutes.
the answer to the question is very obvious. the standards of indian education are very poor and no ways comparable to the international standards. its not about the question of nationhood or anything like that. we need to question our government that why are the educational institutes not upto the mark and why are students made to suffer even after such heavy competition.
People usually go there to study but they get nothing in return. I know many people who have gone there just to run away from their country and live in other place to explore other countries. Studying is just an excuse for them to stay there. Many students go from india to study there and do part time jobs in Mcds and Pizza huts as a sweeper or in petrol stations. The life is not so good in other countries as it is in their own country.
