HITACHI RAW511KTD model is the best. Air conditioners can be assessed based on the Energy Efficiency Ratio and other parameters based on Energy consumption given by Bureau of Energy Efficiency. Next best brand would be LG. There are other variants in HITACHI which offer even better energy efficiency.
