Today there is no doubt that Indian women are enjoying freedom of expression and work. Though there are now performing in every field making equal mark with men, somewhere they are having more responsibility on their shoulders. There multitasking ability expects them to give their 100% at job however the devotion towards domestic responsibilities should not be neglected. The expectation from them to take of every errand of home and job are putting them at much demanding zone. If they want to work, they need to perform to house hold jobs as well, or they have to surrender to their professional life Does that mean that these freedom are burdening women with more expectation and responsibility?
