The quality of Indian Media is deteriorating day by day. They are busy collecting unimportant news which they spice it up for gaining high TRP ratings. By doing this, they are misleading the people. There are many flaws in the way the news are being presented. Mostly, media today, tries to attract the masses by conducting shows that are unnecessary like providing news of the happenings of the daily soaps etc. Indian Media seems to have lost its actual track. What do you think? Where is the Indian Media heading?
With freedom comes responsibility and Indian media seems to have forgotten their responsibility while enjoying the freedom conferred to them by the Constitution of India. They have become money-making machines. Today Indian media provides news that are not important and put them in such a way as if it is of national concern. It is just attract more and more crowd and gain TRP. Indian media is heading towards a wrong direction and they need to realize it as early as possible.
I agree that the standard of Indian media is deteriorating and this is due to the involvement of politicians and moreover, Indian media is becoming a lucrative business and this has made it go off the track, forgetting their responsibilities. However, it is the duty and responsibility of the citizens to make them realize and understand their actual responsibility. Indian media is misusing the freedom given to them and they needs to be rectified.
