The word empowerment is used extensively today in every respect, for example women empowerment, youth empowerment, worker's empowerment, etc. Youth empowerment means empowering them and using their power in building the nation. It is an attitudinal, structural, and cultural process whereby young people gain the ability, authority, and agency to make decisions and implement change in their own lives and the lives of other people, including youth and adults. Youth empowerment is important and necessary for our nation for development, growth and progress.
