What flaws Indian judiciary system has? Should Panchayat Raj system be brought back? How the present law and order system can be improved?
Corruption is the only setback for better judiciary system. Hiding the reality and displaying the lies as truth.......
The law makers The main problem with the Indian judiciary system is the law makers and the people who are appointed to control it. Its tome for a change and we want fresh blood. In my opinion the present generation is true enough in what it does and is far less corrupted. The people who currently run the law system think that they are irreplaceable and thus do as they will.
As is rightly said, "Justice delayed is justice denied". To set the things in place, provision of speedy administration of justice must be ensured... A simple case, unless, it is of some high profile person, or of some media interest takes years and years to conclude.... till the time, the case reaches its conclusion. the victim or aggrieved party relive the agony of the wrong done to them on each date... while the other party walks free and avails full advantage of the slow court processes... Its lamented that vast number of people prefer to suffer pain, take abuse and suffer than to go to the court for the hefty costs they will have to pay to hire some advocate and the truama of pursuing the case for years...
The main problem with the judiciary system is that the law makers are the law breakers. Every law certainly has some loop holes, and the makers of it are more aware about the negatives than the common man. Hence it is pretty evident that they know how and when to crack these rules and mend it according to their own benefit.
i think the judiciary system of india is quite weak to handle the cases which come up everyday. and so most of the cases lye pending and people awaiting justice. secondly it is the corrupted and manipulative judiciary system which is in the hands of rich and politicians who control what will be the judgement, until it is the case in some higher courts. we need a more reformed and efficient judiciary system which is unbiased and corruption free
indian judiciary system is very sluggish. the process is very slow, i do not know the exact mechanism which is responsible for such delays that loads of cases are lying piled up, yet to have their first opening and hearing the court. moreover the cases run for years together with judgement which is not expected early. it should make changes that culprits are punished as soon as possible
There are many problems that Indian judicial system is facing and one of the biggest problems is the problem of slow justice. People usually get justice when they have become old or do not need the consequence at all or may be the problem is resolved. The slow nature of the Indian judicial system is quite irritating and it takes a lot of time in giving justice to the people. Many judges take bribe and lawyers do their best to make lie a truth and turn truth in to lie. All these corruption things that are prevailing in the judicial system of India.
The major problem with Indian Judiciary is lack of proper interpretation of laws. Another problem with it is its lengthy procedure which delays justice and people have to wait for a long period for justice. Moreover as procedure is time taking, it is very expensive and everyone cannot afford so much in order to get justice. With proper reformation, Indian judicial system can be made more effective and strong.
I agree with you that our judicial system lacks proper interpretation and proper implementation of laws. Moreover, the lengthy procedure of law is another issue of Indian judicial system. Justice is never provided on time and it is expensive as well as time consuming. These are the major issues of Indian Judicial System and these needs to be reformed for proper functioning.
