In India, the Indus valley civilization spreads to Gujarat state in places like Lothal, Surkotda and Rangpur, in Rajasthan at Kalibangam, in Hissar at Banwali and Alamgirpur in UP. Apart from this the largest Indus valley site in India is known as Dholavira. In Gujarat, a place called Dholavira has been the most recent addition to Indus valley findings by Dr. J.P. Joshi and Dr. R.S. Bisht.
