Around 50 percent of indian child is involved in child labor. Till when does this happen?? even after the bill is passed to ban the child labor , children are still working. Can nothing be done to remove thsi evil from the society. Children are the future of india and the future is woking on the railway station at the age of playing and studying. What will nbe the future of india then?

The future of indian child is deteriorating day by day as people are sending their children to work on the roads and on dhabas. they are forced to be engaged in illegal work and forced to marry at a tender age in order to get more children and they have this thinking that if they have more children they have more earning hands.

So the future of indian children is in despair right now.

Yes, you are right. The future of indian child is in despair and even if they want to study their parent do not have that much of sufficient money to make them study. The future of indian child seems to be in danger.

it is sad to know that many Indian children are victims of child labor. both child and childs parents do not have problem in doing this.. the child is happy that he or she is getting money.. and parents are happy that their child is giving them a helping hand and learning work. to them learning is all futile and waste of time.. its only upto the NGOs and government act now..

This is not done! Parents considering their children a helping hand at such a small stage is simply not acceptable. Though a helping hand should be at certain stage like children can work part time once they are capable enough say at the age of 16 or 18. But making them work at this tender age is crime and punishable by law.

The future of indian child seems to be dark no matter if the child is of middle class parents, high class or poor class parents. The future of poor class parents children is dark as they do not have enough money to feed their children then talking about studies is a mere waste. The future of Rich or high class parents children is in dark as they do not value the money and what ever is taught to them is just waste as they are more engrossed in other stuffs such as gadgets, mobiles, TV etc. They hardly think about their future as everything is readily available to them. Left are the ones who are middle class and their future is also dark as they have to face the situation of do or die.

the future of Indian child is not as per to the expectation as children below the age f 13 or 12 are still working as a labor on various hotels, railway stations and as a house maids. After the act passed to ban child labor the things are still prevailing and children of small ages are being forced t work at these places. They are being exploited by the rich people. So I think the future of indian child is still in danger.

Crime Against Indian Children is rising high. Crime against innocent children reported as in 2004 was 14,423 but in 2005 it reached 14,975 with an increase in 3.8%. Child rape raised by 13.7%, Madhya Pradesh reported greatest number of child rapes 870, following next is Maharashtra. 1,327 children reported murdered in 2005, 3518 kidnapped in 2005 with 301 from Delhi only.

Child Labor is something which is prevalent in almost all the parts of nation. In urban cities we do not have adequate Labor officers to take care of Child labor issues and most of the cases are not under their purview. And in case of rural areas officers do not reach for the children working as laborers. So at the end of the day Child labor remains to be an issue of concern without much significant work being done on it.
