What do you guys think about your tradition and culture.. lets discuss bout our regional tradition and cultural things..
I belive culture plays a very significant role in shaping an individual's personality...somehow I feel that the Indian culture now is being over shadowed by the western culture in many ways... specially the youth is just getting away from its roots!!!
Yes, even I feel teh same.. but I also feel that Indians are no matter following the western culture and aplying their style in their day to day life but still they are bonded with their culture and roots..
culture is our belief, trust & boundary culture is our belief, trust & boundary. Culture is manners...
yes absolutely true Krishna I hope it changes soon or the roots of our culture n uniqueness will be lost
help my land proudy I don't feel its some Indians now,in Indian culture we cover our head in front of elders, now a days Indian Young Girls and Teenagers are wearing stuff which hardly cover there body; what is so so wrong here I just can't find the answer to it.
i think it is no doubt that we Indians have the largest variety of culture n also important thing it is very storng n rich on its own positions but when ii think about Indian culture n stuff in modern world, as being a teenager myself .i always come to the thought myself that y is it that we specially the youth is killing it too..
Our culture builds the framework of our personality and our behavior. What we do and how we act and react towards our elders, juniors and others, it sheer contribution of our culture. It is true that over the period of time Indian culture has undergone lot of changes, which are combination of goods and bad. Earlier there was a lot of communication gap because of our cultural boundaries. Children were not able to share their ideas and dreams with their parents and elders; but now parents and children relationship have become friendlier. If we look on the negative aspect, then we can see that there are differences in thought and that is because of generation gap and impact of other cultures as well.
Roots will always remain Indian Indian culture is so vast and rich with thousands of rituals and customs. In present scenario Indian culture is an amalgamation of Indian and western with roots definitely being Indian. An Indian no matter how much modern, fashionable, stylish influenced by western but would never mind touching his parent's feet for blessings. The love, respect and regard in indian relations is our culture
our culture is very pure and well defined but with urbanisation and westernisation, cultural values seem to have mingled up with many other cultures and traditions. we do not have a single and pure culture that we can name. but it is a good thing that we are still sticking to our ethical values of respecting parents and following our traditions which is still keeping our culture and traditional values alive.
uniqueness is something which i can say about our culture. it is a great blend of moral, ethical, traditional values with some flavor of superstitions which comes from our ancestors. indian culture is now becoming a mixture of western culture and asian culture. i myself love my cultural values and i am proud to be part of it.
