Unlike his dumb cousin Rahul Gandhi, here is Varun Gandhi the 28 year old BJP leader who has the guts to take a stand for protection of Hindus in India. This is what he has said today:

“Agar kissi galat tatv ke aadmi ne, kisi hinduon ke upar haath uthaya, mein geeta ki kasam khake kehta hoon ki mein uss haath ko kaat daaloonga.

If somebody lifts a hand against Hindus, or thinks they are weak, there is nobody behind them, then I swear on the (Bhagvat) Gita that I will cut off that hand.”

The strident communal overtones of the campaign being run by “the otherâ€￾ Gandhi son, Varun, contesting his maiden Lok Sabha election from this constituency, has left even workers of his Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) shocked.

The 29-year-old son of Maneka and the late Sanjay Gandhi - younger son of former prime minister Indira Gandhi - was Sunday issued a notice by the district authorities in Pilibhit, the constituency so carefully nurtured by his mother who gave up the seat to ensure his easy entry into the Lok Sabha.

That she did so was no surprise for political watchers here. What has come as a shocker is his staunchly pro-Hindu and rabid anti-Muslim vitriolic that his opponents and supporters say could trigger a communal clash.

From taking up issues like the ban on cow slaughter to asking a Sikh leader to leave a Hindu meeting, Varun Gandhi has been ruffling feathers everywhere.

Though just one offensive remark captured by a TV channel drew the attention of the local authorities, the scion of the estranged Gandhi family has been busy making such statements all over Pilibhit.

While “Jai Shri Ramâ€￾ is his battle-cry at all roadside meetings or assemblies, some of the other slogans being used are “Gau hatya rukwana hai, Varun Gandhi ko jitana haiâ€￾ (Cow slaughter must stop, Varun Gandhi must win) and “Varun nahin yeh aandhi hai, doosra Sanjay Gandhi hai (Varun Gandhi is like a storm, he is another Sanjay Gandhi)â€￾.

he is guy with devil sprit..

he want to govrn only with world "hindutwa"
i think his nationality have to canclled.
he is living in a contry in which constituion has no bar on cast or religion,he is doing this type of act is so cheap.
he have to say sory not only sorry he have to got punishment,
so that no thes an have courage to do this type of act again.

varun got in lime light because of the statement he had passed.

It made him a "HERO" in just one night.

This is what indian Media can do, only if they realize the power of Media.

Now that he has won, lets see what he "actually" do.

I like your Comment since Nationalism can only come through Unification of people. Differences can only create more differences.
When we are born we are either boy or girl that is one identity then we are son and daughters of our parents, then when we go to school e become friends and students. When we grow old we become teens & then adult & then finally old.

Similarly we are born into some rashi, then some gothra then some jati, we also own some religion, we have some language, similarly we belong to some colony , then to some city , then to some state & finally we are citizens of India

Look How many Identities one can have in his lifetime. & each identity can become reason of conflict.
But there only one identity out of all which unite us and is common to all that we all are Indians, which only creates peace among ourselves.
Varun Gandhi i can't understand how come he is roaming freely, he must get psychatric treatments first.
Whatever he said was during the elections just to fool some people on name of hindutva, he himself doesn't know its meaning. Hindutva means to live the way God Ram or Raja Ram wanted That is live to with peace & harmony & with truth. Not to become Ravanas & doing act of jokers like was done In Ayodhya. Ram is everywhere in our hearts too. Praying Ram on one side and doing acts which are against his ideologies is the greatest sin. Same is with other religions. We should try to follow idealogies of our gods rather trying to butter them. Ram is in me If I have humbleness, truth & patience in me whether I am Hindu, Muslim, Sikh or Christian. & Ram is not in me even if am a Hindu & do act of sins like killing or abusing others.I don't need anybody's certificate to feel my God's presence but just following his ideologies is enough that is having a feeling & respect for others.

Can you describe what you mean by Hindutwa? India is a democratic, socialist, republic with its constitution giving rights to every citizens of it’s to have a say in the political process. India doesn’t belong only to Hindus, nor does it support any particular religion. Varun Gandhi is a unique fellow and unlike the people and mindset of his age, doesn’t have the political understanding of the system. He doesn’t know what really a party should be doing for the betterment of a country.
