Urbanization is however a process of growth and development, it also depicts the expansion of facilities and resources in a better way but this process is also giving rise to many social and economic problems in the cities. With the urbanization of cities and mega cities a huge strength of village population is migrating in those cities, that is further creating the problem of housing, people are not able to find proper houses to live in, that eventually increasing the number of slums in the cities. Employment opportunities are getting less, people are not able to find suitable jobs and tasks in order to make a good livelihood, there is a gap rapidly increasing between the rich and poor classes, discrimination are also tend to take place among the people especially between those who have migrated into the cities. The lifestyles of the urban people are quite different and sophisticated which the people of villages and remote areas find tough to follow and implement. This also creates a gap between literate and illiterate groups of people. Cities are however the hub of facilities, employment opportunities, better housings and advancement but the people who are rushing to these cities in order grab those facilities and opportunities have to face a lot hurdles and differences to adjust and cooperate with the urban people and their lifestyles.
