If you wish to have a flat tummy and belly do try to add the following two important food ingredients and exercises in your daily routine and see the difference. First all of adding protein and creatine in your diet is essential because their main function is to build up strong muscles, protein helps in building up the muscles by supplying the fundamental building blocks for them; Amino Acids. However protein and creatine would not help you to lose weight directly but they would give you the tools to burn off the fat in your body that is why they are essential to consume. Now following are the food ingredients:

    Food

Lentils: lentils are fabulous source of fibre and protein but they have added bonus of soluble fibre that keeps the cholesterol level down and also insoluble fibre that keeps one feeling full and not hungry too much. They are also rich in vitamins and minerals such as folic acid and iron.

Green Tea: green tea contains catechins and EGCG (Epigallocatechin gallate) that is a wonderful source for boosting the metabolism and also helps in reducing the extra flab of belly. One can switch over to green tea wholly or can take it as a supplement as well.

    Exercises

Plank: plank is one of the great exercises to do which help in reducing the tummy and belly fat. This exercise uses one of the body’s core muscles; the transverses abdominis muscle- the innermost abdominal muscle. Plank basically strengthens your abs which means when your body weight would drop off your abs would be very prominent. One significant factor of this exercise is that it helps to improve your posture as well doing it regularly means welcoming a better shape slowly and gradually.

Burpees: it as great exercise to burn the fat accumulated over tummy and belly it is basically an exercise that focuses upon burning a good amount of calories in the body. The posture or the form to do Burpees is little hard to master but giving it up is also not preferable. Initially you can set a limited number of sets to do and later on you can increase the number. 10 fast Burpees are equivalent to a 30 second sprint but unlike sprinting it requires much more coordination and balance and then you have not only a flat tummy and belly but also a good looking body.
