However women are enthusiastically taking part in the corporate sector and even daring to opt for working in the higher ranks in the multinational companies but it is not only a one way effort rather there has to be some changes done at the organizational level in order to create a sustainable working atmosphere for the women that also motivates their maximum participation. A corporate working atmosphere is quite challenging for the women where they have to face gender discrimination with regard to their growth and development. But this is not the right way to approach a holistic development of the organization as well as for the employees.

Thus we seek a corporate framework for the women where they can work in a gender neutral atmosphere, where their issues are being heard and better conveyed, where their worth ideas are appreciated and not suppressed. There should be transparency in the working patterns and in the communication level also. The atmosphere should be the way that it fulfills the feasible expectations of the women being the employees. Allowing women's leadership is also advantageous for the organization. The women candidates should be brought into the light who are promising and capable of handling the organizing the matters in a more promising way.

The organization needs to understand the women not in the gender terms but it should be absolutely based upon the Skills of both the sexes. Determining the capability in gender terms is itself an inequality but administering the tasks and jobs on the required skills basis would be a fair distribution of work.
