And here women are commonly found to be more prone to the problems caused by this hectic and fluctuating lifestyle.Thyroid Disorder is one such health issue, the Indian women are found to suffer with. Thyroid is basically a gland that is situated in the frontal region of the neck, its function is to release the hormones which control the body’s Metabolic system that regulates the degree at which the body burns up the calories of the body. When the Thyroid gland releases an excessive amount of thyroid hormones, this condition creates a disorder known ad Hyperthyroidism and when the Lesser amount of thyroid hormones is released then it creates the disorder of Hypothyroidism.

There is a variation in the symptoms of both kinds of thyroid disorders such as there is a drastic body weight increase takes place when there is a disorder of hypothyroidism whereas in hyperthyroidism one frequently notices a drastic body weight reduction. Besides this there are certain common symptoms of both the thyroid disorders such as, severe fatigue, disturbance in menstrual cycle, rashes on body parts, hair loss, swelling at the back of the neck and muscle pains and weakness. Stress in life adds to these symptoms and problems hence balancing the lifestyle, doing regular exercise, staying happy and peaceful, eating healthy food along with specific medical treatment should be applied at soonest as the preventive measures.
