Yoga is a good health regime that fills one with energy, freshness and flexibility. It keeps the body fit and healthy. For the persons who want to adopt yoga as their fitness regime can start up with few simple postures/exercises that can inspire them more to continue with it in a long run. however it is always advisable to learn and continue yoga under the supervision and guidance of a trainer. following are the very basic and simple yoga postures to begin the regime at first hand : 1. Mountain Posture : while making this posture, one need to relax the shoulders and stand up with the feet joined together. Then take a breath and needs to raise the hands overhead. finally keeping the arms straight with palms facing each other and stretch upwards. 2. Downward Dog : this is another basic yoga posture in which one has to lie down on stomach and align the legs and hands in a straight line. Then the person has to lift the hips towards the ceiling with the palms and feet firmly on the floor to form an upside down V. 3. Warrior Posture : In this pose the person has to stand with the feet three to four feet apart. Then turn the right foot out and the left foot slightly inwards. Then spread the arms parallel to the legs with palm down. finally turn ninety degrees on each side from the hips.
I have also found that breathing is a first step to Learn Yoga and to breathe a lot of Oxygen helps in removing the toxins from the Body.
