The under-privileged youth is the section of the Indian youth that needs to be looked after carefully and in an empathetic manner. Because they really do not need any sympathy neither from the well developed people of the society nor from the government but they surely need to be heard and motivated in a right manner. They do not need mercy but well planned programs that facilitate their growth and development. They need motivation and support of the other educated youth and NGOS who can help them in becoming literate and educated, awakened and aware. There is a need to listen to their problems and to look seriously for the solutions of those issues. Perceiving them as under-privileged and giving them few pennies will not serve them forever rather this would increase a kind of laziness and apathy within them not to bring a change in their situations and they would begin to rely more on such mercies and sympathy from others. And that is what; should not happen! The under-privileged section is a weaker section of the youth as well as the Indian society, that needs to be uplifted with the help of all the resources and menfolks in the administration and the society. Government should attentively work for the betterment in the areas of facilitating them more privileges and facilities like free education, employment, housing, sanitation, water and so on.
