The Honb'le Supreme Court of India has passed a judgment that every school whether private or run by government has to reserve 25% seats for unprivileged and economically backward students. It is a benchmark judgment passed by the Supreme Court that will enable every student to receive the best education. Please provide your views in these aspects.

I've heard about this judegment and i think it's a positive move by supreme court to help the under privileged. However there are certain loopholes which may lead to improper implementation of this rule. For example, where would the school get funding from if it reserves the 25% seats for underprivileged? If schools don't get the funds they require then they would definitely resort to some unlawful activity.

This question is being raised by everyone after the judgement has been passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. It will be an act of injustice if the private schools increase the school fees of the other students in order to accommodate the underprivileged ones.
