The law and judiciary are quite effective. The power of law is such that it will punish the miscreants and award the good people. There are several cases where the people had seen that judiciary system is very effective. The evils are punished with the laws made by the Indian Government. There are several articles and clause in the Constitution that are trying to protect the rights of the people.

    Power of our law system

If they wish they can change everything but they won’t. This can be said of our law and judiciary system. Enough amount of power is bestowed upon our judiciary system and they are able enough to change India within one year. But corruption has taken a toll on the system and everything that they want is money and more money. Bribe them and you can pass through anything.

    The judicial system

There are enough of laws and rules already; proper implementation of this is required. The main problem is that our judicial system is very slow. By the time they reach of the case, another pile of cases are in queue. Hence it takes years for final verdicts to come. This is spoiling our countries growth and prospects as well.

i very much disagree with the statement that law and judiciary are "effective".. they can be effective only when they are executed at right time and with accuracy. most of the cases are pending in the courts. the judiciary system is manipulative and corrupt, unless there is intervention from higher bodies. all this culminate and make the judicial system weak and ineffective

It is true that the law and judiciary of our nation is quite strong but it is not very much effective and the reason behind this is that our law and judiciary system lacks proper implementation and interpretation. Reformation is the need of the hour to make our law and judiciary system effective. The laws of the land are proper but it is not proper interpreted by the various machineries and thus it lacks proper functioning.

India's law and judiciary system is quite strong but due to lack of proper implementation and interpretation, the judicial system is not effective and the number of crimes are increasing day by day. Moreover, the procedure to get justice as well is quite long and this as well stops people to approach the court. However, with reformation and a few amendments in the law and judiciary of India, along with being effective, it will also become efficient.

I agree with you on the perspective that the laws as well as the judicial system of India is quite strong and it is true that it lacks adequate implementation. In my opinion, corruption is creating more obstacles in proper implementation of laws in India. However, if this can be uprooted, the Indian judicial system and laws will become more effective and India will become a better place.
