There has been quite an issue with the voter ID cards which people often complain of. Many of the people who are actually registered voters still do not have access to their voter ID cards, and this is the reason why many do not actually vote. What could be the reason behind it? Well, recently a news shot up in the papers, which said that in bangalore, many voter ID cards are left in terrible condition without actually distributing them to the voters. When the government officials themselves do not actually take such matters seriously, how do they expect us to exercise our basic duties? Any alternatives?
