The Householder by Amitabha Bachi is a good read and the story of the book explores the dark underbelly of power, greed and corruption in Delhi. It has subtle touches of humour and sensitivity, which makes the book unique and distinct from other books that are being written these days. The book is well-written and liked it more than his debut novel "Above Average". The book is worth reading, although in some places it drags a little and might seem a little boring but the end of the book covers up everything. This one is surely a rewarding book by the author and I would suggest every book lover to have a glimpse of the book and get hold of one soon.
