    In today's fast paced world, stress is unavoidable. Whether you are copying with a major change- such as the transfer of your parents - or the minor hassles of everyday living, it is difficult to Stay completely stress free.

    Stress is not all bad however research shows that stress gives us the energy to lead productive, full lives.Wheather stress as a positive or negative effect on your life depends on how you handle it. There are so many ways to be stress - here is the list of the best of them!


    Redecorate your Study room

    The colour of your surroundings can either ease or create tension. In a study of college students, a higher proportion of students tested in a room lined with blue fabric described themselves as calm and happy than did those tested in rooms with red, yellow or neutral coloured fabrics.     Turn off the Television

    While flaking out in front of the TV seems relaxing, it actually may have the opposite effect. A study indicates that people who are glued to the tube view the world as a hostile place and overestimate the amount of violence in it. If you can't stay away from the TV, at least monitor your viewing.
