Sony Go is a Smartphone from Sony and comes with a very elegant look. It is small and comes in two colours white and yellow with completely glossy casing. The phone is both dust proof and waterproof. The rear panel of the phone comes with powder finish and the display screen is scratch-resistant. The phone has the USB, micro SD, SIM card slot and the audio jack which is equipped with watertight rubber flaps to prevent dust, water, and moisture from reaching the circuitry inside. The phone suits best for travelers, adventure lovers and sports persons. The phone has a 3.5-inch LED-backlit TFT screen with a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels. The phone runs on a dual-core 1GHz Cortex A9 processor, along with a Mali-400 GPU and the chipset used is NovaThor U8500. The pone is supplied with 512MB RAM and 8GB internal memory which can be expanded upto 32GB. The operating system featured here is the outdated Gingerbread. The phone comes with a 5MP camera with LED flash and also has 16x digital zoom as well as it is capable of recording videos at 720p resolutions. The phone has a very good battery backup and is quite impressive in terms of its performance. It is not very expensive like the other Android phones.
