Social media is undoubtedly a fabulous medium to reach a mass of people, to get in touch with numerous of them and getting a chance to share ideas and thoughts. This is indeed a way that is giving a space to many of the opinions, everyone is free to express his/her opinion about any matter of the life, society and country. But at the same it is unable to give space to many of the opinions or we can say that there are many people left aloof who do not even know about such a medium like social media to express their opinions and ideas. The people who belong to under-developed areas, villages, remote areas, deprived and under-privileged sections are completely out of the reach of this medium. Most of them are illiterate and they are absolutely ignorant of social media and its relevance. Hence social media have become an 'urban-affair' meant only for the people of urban cities, who are literate, advanced and modern. In villages and under-developed areas the internet facilities are very poor, the electricity provisions are poorer, poverty is there one cannot imagine to afford a computer or a laptop in such an area.

But the question arises over here, the people who are left behind from the reach of social media, do not have a voice or opinions? Don't their opinions play any vital role in bringing the change in the whole of the society and the country? They surely do have opinions, and that should be brought to the ears of the masses. This is not only a matter of bringing the social media in the lives of those people, but it is a broad concept that demands an improvement in their life standards, education, employments and social and economic conditions. Then only their opinions would be expressed and heard well.
