Losing weight is not that tough but our carelessness, lack of passion and determination makes it tough to achieve. Sometimes you don’t only need a planning but need to follow the plan religiously, and in case of weight loss you need to be little more patient and passionate. Eating small meals would keep the metabolism active that would help you to lose the weight easily. 3.Do not miss the breakfast: breakfast is the first meal of your day and do not consider it to be optional. The first meal supposed to give you the energy to start up the day thus it should be rich in proteins, fibre and vitamin. Fried or heavy meals should be avoided. One fruit of choice should be included in the breakfast. 4.Switch over to green tea: instead of taking caffeine in tea or coffee you should swap to green tea which is undoubtedly safe and good for you. Green tea has a good amount of antioxidants which not only help in losing weight but also give relief in body and muscle pains. 5.Use small portions for eating: using small bowls and utensils have a psychological effect on the mind, when you eat in small bowls it soon gives you a feeling of being filled thus you eat less and still don’t feel hungry. 6.Choose an exercise regime for you: exercise along with diet control is must, without any physical activity losing weight is tough thus you can choose an exercise per day or aerobics/swimming/cycling/gym/yoga/dancing or even brisk walking. Feel free to choose and then follow it religiously. Taking a sound sleep is also must without rest the body would be lethargic and you would not feel relaxed.
