One thing that I am unable to digest is the shuffling of players in IPL teams. I just want to bring in to notice that IPL is mainly based on regional teams. So, in a single season of match played by the players make a big attachment to its regional supporters. Once you should check out the situation of spectators what Deccan chargers were facing Punjab kings 11 this season? Audiences were confused about providing the team and providing their moral support. People in Hyderabad love Gilchrest more than Deccan chargers team.

From a cricket fan's point of view it may seem a little awry that players are shuffled for fresh seasons. On contrary, since these matches are merely for the sake of business, shuffling the players becomes the main art of doing business. Unless the players are swapped everytime, how would the team owners reap profits?

I agree that shuffling of players in IPL should be banned. Although the IPL is utter business but from the viewers point of view, they do not consider it as a business and enjoys it in the same way like any other cricket matches. Moreover, the loyalty of the players towards the team gets lessened and they do not play whole heartedly as they will get their share of money whether they win or lose.
