it is not an easy problem According to Article 370 Kashmiri people have their own Kashmir flag & some special laws. When you give a flag to some state even once it means it has dominion status & it will get free one day. it is our government's mistake that they gave kashmiri's right to have their own flag. We all know the importance of Our Country's flag in our life. Now government has fallen in a pit & no one wants to take blame of freeing the kashmir. Coming to the question of kashmiri pandits that is what Indian army is there for. Do you know at every 10th step there is one army men & every day each house is checked properly. If you are a human being can you understand how awkward it looks soldiers coming to your house & checking your house daily taking out all ladies of the house. Won't you feel insulted each day? I think we should leave it to God
you are right this is not an easy problem. But it has to be solved because Kashmir is ours and as per the tendency if one of your body parts is facing some serious problem, you either have to get the proper treatment or just amputate.... What's your choice? 80% Indians say that we should give it a proper treatment. Leaving everything to GOD is not the solution even because GOD in this case is either USA or Pakistan. If only we have had the dictatorship for the first 20 years of independence as proposed by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, the scenario would have been altogether different....

i dont understand who are those 32% who want to let go of kashmir. it is our crown and losing it would be a tragedy for us. india should strive hard to endow kashmiri people peace and gain the trust of them. measures should be taken to prevent radical minds from influencing minds of kashmiri people.
Dear Ignited minds, My personal view is that LOC should be declared a permanent border. Give them self rule. we can understand kashmiri's plight only if we have lived there.its hard to explain the trauma that they undergo each and every day. But this freedom to kashmir should be given carefully and we need to ensure that China or Pakistan doesnt take advantage of the situation to take control of the strategically important state of our country. God bless Kashmiris and give them power to overcome the situation they are facing. -Vande Mataram
Kashmir i.e. both J&K and POK are integral parts of India. Kashmir doesnt only belong to the Kashmiris, it belongs to every Indian.
undoubtedly india should not let go off the crown part as we have complete right on it. it is matter of indian pride and honor to support and make kashmir mingle into india as it has always been integral part of india. the government and people should join hands and resolve the issues which i think are quite intricate and needs proper monitoring keeping sensitivity of the people in mind.
