The number of rape cases are increasing day by day but due to the lack of speedy trial, the convicts remain unpunished for a long time and moves freely on the roads. In my opinion, this is another reason for the rise of rapes in India. What do you think? Should dedicated courts be established for rape cases to guarantee speedy justice?

Yes in my opinion, dedicated courts should be established for rape cases to ensure speedy trials and justice to the victims. It is true that due to the lengthy procedure of our judicial system, justice have become a far cry for the victim. Moreover, proper implementation of law is important and the judicial system needs to change by establishing dedicated courts for speedy justice.

Dedicated courts should definitely established for rape cases to guarantee speedy justice. The courts are generally loaded with cases and this is the reason for the delay of justice. However, the rape victims deserve speedy justice, as the convicts are seen freely moving on the roads without any regret for their acts. A dedicated court for rape cases can offer speedy trial and justice to the victims. What do you say?
