Ok, this has beena talk of town during IPL, and now with the T20 world cup coming up. Do you think Betting should be made legal? I've heard for a source that in next year government mught take this step, but I would like to know what would be its Pros and Cons. Only Pro will be It'll generate revenue & con will be that this could lead to corruption within ICC. please opiniate.
Yes I think it should be made legal, some points to justify 1) When lottery and playing cards in pubs is legal then y not this 2) Even if we don’t make it legal then there will be betting and it all goes to the black money then better to make it legal and get some more money in govt 3) And those who thinks it’s bad will never play the betting so there is no harm in makking it legal
I think it will be good Idea to make Prostitute legal there will be more benifit here also when it become legal the mens going there will reduce as they will be in fear of comming in the eye of the public and also the prostitute will have some respect

Ofcourse!!! Betting should be made legal just as prostitution should be.... Closing eyes in front of things doesn't make them disappear, they continue to exsist as dark realities.... If not accpted in open they'll however continue to exsist.............
I want betting to be made legal in India. Money gives that extra kick to the game. But the problem is that most of our population are poor. Cricket is an addiction to the youth. And if you make betting legal then Cricket addiction would be equivalent to alcholol addiction.

I think Cricket should be made illegal I think cricket should be declared illegal would be best solution, because it is total waist of time for the people. We are not the people of some place like rio de janeiro or miami beach who always are busy in celebrations. We got our independence by struggle of 200 years not by playing merry go round. thats good but what are its cons????? and IPL itself lacks good leadership so if they are entering into a new and risky venture like this they should have even much stronger regulating body. and wont it contaminate or abase the essence of cricket would it completely commercialize it? and again if this happens than cricket wont remain just a game. anywase I personally hate the new creed of cricketers for their unprofessional and unsporty attitude!
Opinion regarding betting in Cricket No, I don't think that betting should not made legal in India .If so, and then Indian cricket will lose its excitement and thrill which is still remaining a bit. Outcome of every Cricket match will be prefixed. That will not be a good outcome to million cricket lovers all over the world.
Hi, I don't think betting should be made legal in India. Specially in cricket. As we have seen many examples of players taking Money to change the game. It totally hampers the spirit of the game.Because sports and game should be played according to its own rule rather than only playing for the money. Thanks
