With the recent merciless killing in a school of US, it has become evident that there few those who barely care about human sanctity. Its not just one aspect which leads to such kind of incidents, but a awful lot of them. One of the major reasons which i think should be is the old gun laws prevailing in the US which is based on 2nd amendment. The law says that an individuals can arm themselves for protection against the internal/external tyranny. Do you think US should impose stricter laws for ownership of handguns or could it impose an outright ban on the use of handguns? Any critiques?
