Seven Food Items which you should eat everyday

    Health is wealth, and the food that you intake has got a very important role to play in building up good health for you. The food you eat everyday creates and helps in controlling your metabolism system that further controls your growth and wellbeing. However eating vegetables, fruits, dairy products, highly rich protein food, grains and pulses have always been prescribed still there are certain food items that you should not miss to eat on everyday basis.

    1)ALMONDS: almonds are highly rich in protein, fibre and oleic acid that has a benefit of making the memory sharp and better.

    2)YOGURT: yogurt is highly rich in Calcium and also contains a beneficial bacteria that helps to calm down the inflamed digestive tracts, it also helps in raising the immunity of the body.

    3)GREEN TEA: the leaves used in the green tea contain catechins which work as antioxidants and helps in preventing diseases and illnesses. It also helps in losing extra body weight.

    4)BLUEBERRIES: blueberries are highly rich in antioxidants; antioxidants are basically helpful in preventing heart diseases and even cancer. They are also rich in Vitamin C and fibre.

    5)BELL PEPPERS: bell peppers are highly rich in Vitamin C and E regular consumption of peppers helps in fighting against many seasonal illnesses and recovering from a poor health.

    6)SPINACH: spinach is a brilliant source of Bata-carotene that is very powerful antioxidant; helps in preventing heart diseases, illness and even cancer. It also contains Lipoic Acid that helps the Vitamin C and E to regenerate. Spinach is also rich in Omega3 fats and it is highly fibrous.

    7)APPLE: apple helps in fighting against the illness, prevents heart disorder, strokes and cancer and improves the brain health. It is a powerful antioxidant.
