There was another bomb blast in Delhi outside the High court killing 11 people and injuring 76. This once again shows the incompetence of Indian security and their failure to protect the citizens in country's capital. The irony of the case is that the bomb blast took outside the High court which should be a highly secure area. When such places are insecure, how can anyone in India feel secure at their homes?
