Today, it is not the great leaders like Mahatma Gandhi and Jai Prakash Narayan that gain respect and become the role models of the masses. Instead, thanks largely to our corrupt politicians, bureaucrats and biased commercial media, the people have their eyes filled with celebrities that have made little contribution to the society. On the other hand, the REAL heroes of India, the enlightened citizens who strive to change the face of India with their noble deeds remain unrecognized, isolated and lack resources and encouragement to go further.

Today, India needs an army of enthusiastic young men and woman who are willing to dedicate their heart and soul to the service of their nation and humanity. Only then can India be freed from the clutches of divisional politics, corruption, bureaucratic inefficiency and lack of nationalist feelings. And with this in mind, We decided to launch a novel search for the true flag bearers of our community, the beacons of hope for our future- the “Heroes of India”.

The hunt for the Heroes of India is a competition that aims at digging out the best of our talented young leaders with the fire to transform the community with their vision and determination. These Heroes will be given a firm base of operation so that they can explore the true extent of their potential, and work together with like-minded people to create the India of their dreams. What truly sets this competition apart from its previous counterparts is the concentration on practical groundwork over empty talk. Finally, the one Hero who proves himself as the most able visionary, leader and community worker, will be given the “Real Hero Award” as a token of encouragement to continue on the relentless quest of victory of the people of India.
