Russia had recently warned India that there should be some early resolution of the agenda involving cancellation of 2G license of a Russian telecom giant Sistema. Russia says that if India doesn't resolve this issue there could be problems in Indo-Russian bilateral tie. The reason behind this is that the Russian government holds a stake of 17.14% in the Sistema Shyam Teleservices. If India fails to cooperate on this, Russia would resort to International arbitration which could mess things up further. Do you think India should take a decision in favor of Russia to keep things on even keel?
